Enabling curiosity, creativity, collaboration and challenge to thrive, not just survive, post pandemic.

Dr Ruth Murray-Webster is recognised as a leader of project-based organizational change and risk management, performing roles as a practitioner, advisor, facilitator, researcher and author. She is a Director of Potentiality UK and Associate Fellow at the University of Oxford: Saïd Business School.

Ruth’s doctoral research focused on organisational change from the perspective of the recipients of change. She has co-authored numerous books on the people aspects of risk management including most recently The Disruption Game Plan: New Rules for Connected Thinking on Innovation and Risk, with Eleanor Winton, and Making Risky and Important Decisions: A Leader’s Guide, with David Hillson – both published in 2021 – the fruits of lockdown! The synergies between risk and change continue to drive Ruth’s thinking, writing and practice.

Why did the publisher choose this book as a winner, and how did Penny write it?
As you know, today is the launch day of Penny’s new book. She asked her publisher some questions in this interview, full of laughter:

All-Access Pass Frequently Asked Questions

Here are answers to some frequently asked questions about the All Access Pass:

How do I access the expert interviews?
Once the summit starts I’ll send you an email with details of how to access ALL the recordings immediately, along with your password to access the page. You can then either listen to the recordings online or download them to your computer.
How long will I have access to the interviews for?
As an All Access Pass holder you’ll get lifetime access to the recordings.
Can I share the interviews with my colleagues and friends?

Please don’t share copies of your All Access Pass recordings. Each pass entitles you to a copy of the recordings for use by one person only.

If your colleagues or friends would like a copy of the recordings they’ll need to get an All Access Pass themselves. We’ve made the price of the pass low so that everyone can afford to get a copy while covering our costs for running the summit.

If your organisation would like upgrade large numbers, then please get in touch with Penny at corporate@makingprojectswork.co.uk. Corporate upgrades are available in batches of fifty at a discount.

Do I need any special equipment to listen to the interviews?

The interviews can be listened to on any modern computer, tablet or phone.

The main requirement is that you have a fast enough internet connection for the audio to play. If you can watch YouTube videos from your device then you should be fine to listen to the summit interviews too (and they’ll be much more useful for you!)

What if I have problems accessing my All Access Pass recordings?
Just email me at support@makingprojectswork.co.uk and we’ll get back to you straight away. As an All Access Pass buyer you’ll get priority support.
